Day to Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive In Nairobi, Kenya
Upon arrival at the JKIA, you will be received by our safari representative and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay. Your safari director will brief you on your Kenya safari at the hotel. Overnight will be at the Eka Hotel, Nairobi. Breakfast Included.
Day 2: Depart Nairobi To Amboseli
Early morning wake up gets you ready for breakfast and departure for the Amboseli. Depart Nairobi at 0800 Hrs. heading south towards the Kapiti Plains. Enjoy the scenic sighting of ungulates en-route the Kapiti plains and Maanzoni before arriving at Amboseli National Park. You will be introduced into the Amboseli Eco system, coming close to the Elephants in the Amboseli marshes. Drive further into the park arriving at the lodge in time for lunch and an afternoon break. Depart the lodge at 1600Hrs for an evening safari in search of the elephant herds of Amboseli. Dinner and overnight is at Amboseli Meal Plan: Full Board Accommodation: Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli.
Day 3: On Safari At Amboseli
As the sun rises over the majestic Kilimanjaro, enjoy the morning fresh breeze and birds chirping. Depart the lodge for an early morning game drive photographing the elephants of Amboseli, the big cats and the ungulates. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Late morning is at leisure to relax and freshen up for your early evening game drive. Venture out at 1600 Hrs. for your evening safari returning to the lodge in the late evening. Dinner and overnight is at Amboseli. Meal Plan: Full Board Accommodation: Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli.
Day 4: Depart Amboseli On Safari To Maasai Mara.
Early morning is at leisure as you get ready for your safari. Depart the lodge after breakfast for your flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, you will connect with your mid morning flight which takes you to the Maasai Mara with scenic aerial views en route. Dinner and overnight at the Masai Mara. Meal Plan: Full Board Accommodation: Ashnil Mara Camp.
Day 5&6: On Safari At Maasai Mara
Your days at the Mara revolve around thrilling game drives exploring the breathtaking life at the reserve. The day’s program will depend on the wildlife sighting, migration patterns and the prevailing weather conditions. Your Wake up call is at 0500 Hrs. to freshen up for an early morning breakfast at the lounge. Depart the camp at 0600 hrs. for your early morning game drive in search of wildlife with a mid-morning bush picnic breakfast at 1000 hrs. Continue with the game drive headed back to the camp. Make it to the camp at 1130 hrs. to rest and have lunch. Early afternoon is at leisure. Enjoy tea/coffee at 1500 hrs. and depart for your evening game drive at 1545 Hrs. All meals and overnights are at the Mara. Meal Plan: Full Board Accommodation: Ashnil Mara Camp.
Day 7: Nairobi.
Your last day at the Maasai Mara starts with an early morning out photographing the wildlife. Depart the camp at 0630 returning at 0900 Hrs. for breakfast before transferring to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. Lunch is at the Hotel Karen Blixen Tamambo upon arrival in Nairobi. You will have time to refresh and repackage in your reserved day room at the Four Points Sheraton Nairobi Hotel. Transfer to the JKIA (Jomo Kenyatta International Airport) in the early evening for your flight back.
